Through his performances at the 1974 World’s Fair in Spokane, WA, the Smithsonian Bi-centennial Folk Life Festival in Washington DC, folk clubs and concert halls in 44 states and 15 countries and his appearances on A Prairie Home Companion, Pop Wagner has been recognized as an icon in the folk/roots music scene regionally, nationally and internationally since the early 1970’s.

Pop Wagner’s Honky Tonk Ranch formed in June of 2023 in order to celebrate and perform at some dear friends’ wedding reception and …. man it was a party! Later that summer they played a late night set for a gathering of the tribes at Saint Croix State Park near Hinkley, MN. In September of that year they took up residency at the famed 331 Club in Northeast Minneapolis and have done wildly popular monthly shows there ever since. And the party continues!

Join us at the 331 Club, 331 13th Ave NE in Minneapolis on
